I recently completed the 13-week in-person course at True Dental Assistant School, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The program covered essential topics including dental chairside assisting, dental anatomy, materials, lab fabrications, patient care, medical emergencies, and instrument sterilization. Vanessa, our instructor, has a fantastic teaching style—she explains everything clearly and makes learning both fun and engaging. Her passion for dentistry and teaching really shines through, and she ensures every student feels confident and supported. The entire course was well-structured and practical, with no complaints at all. I highly recommend this program to anyone serious about starting a career in dentistry. It’s an excellent foundation that truly prepares you for the real world!! :)

Highly recommend this course to anyone interested in getting into dental assisting. From lectures to hands on experience this program prepares you for working in a real world dental office. The instructor is amazing, Vanessa is very thorough, she makes sure you understand the material well. She’s always willing to help out and was very supportive throughout the whole course. The externship opportunity also gives you a feel of what it’s like working as a dental assistant. This program has definitely prepared me, from learning dental terminology to shadowing dental assistants and doctors it teaches you a lot and familiarizes you on all different types of dental procedures and your duties as a dental assistant.

I have to start off my experience by stating how nice everyone was. Not just my Instructor Vanessa (who is amazing) but every single person at True Dental Care. Everyone directly or indirectly helped me learn so much. They were patient and understanding. I appreciated how during my internship the doctors explained what they were doing, why they did it that way and which instruments they were using. This is not an easy course but it is a fun and exciting way to get introduced to the dental world with its medical terms, safety regulations, behind the scene responsibilities and so on. I am completely confident that I will do well in my new career path with all the tools that have been installed in me. Thank you Vanessa and everyone at True Dental Care. I now call you all friends.
